Quality Analyst – Kitchen s Home Appliances Company Name- EMAGN SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Analyst to evaluate and ensure the quality, safety, and performance of our kitchen and home appliance products. The successful candidate will play a critical role in product testing, compliance verification, and continuous improvement processes, ensuring our products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct product inspections and performance tests for various kitchen and home appliances (Nutri blenders, microwaves, OTG, Mixers, electric kettle, Immersion rod, Electric Iron, Induction cooktop, ceiling Fan, BLDC Fan).

-Evaluate product samples and production batches for compliance with internal standards, government regulations (e.g., UL, CE), and industry certifications.

-Develop and execute quality test plans, protocols, and checklists.

-Identify defects and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions.

-Collaborate with RCD, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.

-Monitor and analyze customer feedback, product returns, and complaints to identify trends.

-Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and assist in audits.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

-2–4 years of experience in quality control or testing of consumer appliances or similar products.

-Strong understanding of appliance safety standards and regulatory requirements.

-Proficiency in using quality inspection tools, instruments, and testing equipment.

-Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers.

-Familiarity with ERP/QMS systems.

-Ability to write clear, concise reports and documentation.
