Position: Purchase Manager

We are currently looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in vendor management and the ability to handle a diverse range of SKUs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials/products.

• Handle vendor negotiations, onboarding, and performance evaluation.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders based on company requirements.

• Track and manage inventory levels effectively.

• Draft professional emails and communication with vendors and internal teams.

• Maintain and update records using Google Sheets or other basic spreadsheet tools.

• Ensure purchases align with company budgets and operational needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a purchase or procurement role.

• Strong knowledge of vendor and SKU management.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using Google Sheets or MS Excel (basic level).

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
