Job Description

Plan and manage all purchasing activities.
Source reliable vendors and negotiate the best prices, quality, and delivery terms. Procure UPVC profiles, hardware, glass, steel reinforcement, accessories, and project materials. Compare quotations and prepare purchase analyses. Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Projects, and Accounts teams. Maintain optimum inventory levels. Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships. Ensure timely procurement without affecting production schedules.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports.
