Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Viswasuta Engineering PVT LTD. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Evaluation and registration

2. Sending Enquiries and getting Quotation from Supplier

3. Negotiate With Supplier on Cost, Delivery time, Quality

4. Purchase order Drafting and Getting Approved from Seniors and releasing

5. Follow up with Supplier to get timely Delivery of Ordered Material

6. Ensuring material Received as per PO Terms

7. Developing Purchasing or Sourcing Strategies Based on Portfolio Analysis and Supplier Referencing Study

8. Develop, implement, And Drive The Procurement strategies In order to meet Cost Savings Targets

9. Create monthly Performance reviews and reports Focusing on Overall Sourcing requirements

10. Manage Suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery, performance, schedule, and Quality

11. involve in Dead Stock Analysis and Inventory control Management

1. Supplier Development and Evaluation

2. Enquiry Generation, Comparison with Technical Specification and Cost

3. Initial Negotiation, PO Approval

4. Review and Manage the Supplier Base to Ensure Consistency with the Sourcing Strategy

5. Ensure Commercial, Legel, and Contractual Compliances

6. Coordinate with Supplier for Continuous Quality Improvements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
