Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Starrbot Automations Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase electronic components (sensors, PCBs, ICs), lighting components (LEDs, drivers), mechanical parts, and packaging materials

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per production requirements

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays

• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning

• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, rate contracts, and documentation

• Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

• Support cost-reduction initiatives and alternate sourcing

• Handle inward material coordination with Quality for inspection and approval

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
