Snehal Turnkey Solutions is looking for a Purchase Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations for required materials.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
Record purchase entries, supplier invoices, and GRN entries accurately in Tally ERP.
Maintain purchase registers, ledgers, and inventory records in the system.
Reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery challans.
Handle GST entries and tax calculations during purchase transactions.
Maintain proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery challans.
Track pending orders and update internal teams on delivery status.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing, accounts, or a related role. Experience in HVAC or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP and GST entries.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a coordinated team environment.
