Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Tambaram East, Chennai

Department: Factory / Store Operations

Role Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations at the factory, including inventory management, stock maintenance, and material tracking. The role also involves coordinating with vendors for materials, ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory at the factory

• Ensure proper stock maintenance and storage practices

• Track material inward and outward accurately

• Maintain records of stock, bills, and store documentation

• Coordinate with vendors for material availability and updates

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess to management

• Ensure proper handling and organization of materials in the store

• Follow company procedures for store and inventory management

Mandatory Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Store Keeper / Inventory Executive preferred

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling

• Good coordination and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and record-keeping ability

• Basic communication skills for vendor coordination

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
