Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchaser to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹38000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor management: Research, evaluate, and select potential vendors, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.

• Inventory and logistics: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses, and coordinate with shipping agencies to ensure the timely and quality delivery of goods.

• Procurement: Create and process purchase orders for necessary goods and services, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulations.

• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor information, and invoices, and prepare reports on purchasing activities.

• Collaboration: Work with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and with other teams, like inventory management, to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is graduation and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
