Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations: Create purchase orders, process requisitions, track shipments, manage deliveries, and resolve issues (shortages, damages).
Supplier Management : Build strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and maintain a supplier database.
Inventory & Demand: Work with inventory control to forecast needs and manage stock levels, placing orders to prevent shortages.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure procured items meet required quality standards (GMP, ISO) and coordinate with QA for supplier approval.
Reporting & Analysis : Analyze costs, prepare reports, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
