Procure earring display cards, barcode stickers, tags, pouches, boxes, and packaging materials.
Identify and develop new vendors for printing and packaging materials.
Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with production and packaging departments for material requirements.
Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure quality standards of cards, printing, finishing, and packaging materials.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Maintain MIS reports and purchase documentation.
Handle invoice verification and coordinate with accounts for payments.
Conduct market research for cost-effective and innovative packaging solutions.
