Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure favorable deals.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery information, and vendor details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align procurement activities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any procurement issues.
• Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
