Designation: Purchase Executive / Purchase Engineer / Purchase Assistant.

Qualification: B.Tech / BE. in Mechanical.

Experience: Fresher to 2 Year experience in purchase (Machinery, Industrial)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Description:

· Excellent product knowledge about Mechanical Industry.

· Procurement planning (Actual Vs Budget)

· Responsible for all procurement end to end process for allotted projects

· Track advance payment

· Receive quotation from suppliers for comparison purpose

· Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records and updated price lists

· Closely co ordination with engineers/PM for smoothly & timely procurement process & delivery of materials at site

· Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers

· Direct and co ordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies

· New vendor development with vendor valuation

· manage operations involving resource planning, materials planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with the internal departments

Required skills:

· Fresher to 2 Year Experience of Purchase in Industrial, Machinery.

· Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently

· Time Management

· Materials Management

· Vendor Development

· Team management
