Job Title: Purchase Executive

Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and aggressive Purchase Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the manufacturing industry (Power Backups / Electrical Products), strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components required for manufacturing.

• Maintain purchase records, price lists, and supplier databases.

• Develop strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.

• Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and monitor stock levels.

• Coordinate with the accounts and production team for smooth workflow.

• Regular market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement (preferably in manufacturing & power backup industry).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Aggressive and result-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Must own a bike for vendor visits and market coordination.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
