Purchase Executive

We are looking for a 4-8 years experienced Sourcing Buyer candidate to manage supplier sourcing, procurement activities, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, supplier development, and purchase order management. This position offers 8LPA -9LPA for good candidate and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • 8-9 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, strategic buying, supplier management. • Strong negotiation and commercial skills. • Strong communication skills – Written / Oral , passion for excellence and possesses right positive attitude. • Good understanding of RFQ, quotation analysis, cost breakdown, PO, contracts, and supplier evaluation , selection. • Experience in cost reduction and supplier development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle (NetSuite) . • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and sourcing projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience • Experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering/electronics/sourcing projects simultineously.

Preferred Experience •

Experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering/electronics/sourcing in OE and or Tier 1 Automotive / Aerospace & Sourcing companies.. • Knowledge of commodity sourcing and market trends. • Strong Knowledge of Raw Material price movements India / globally exposure to Indices.
