Key Responsibilities:

·         Source and procure materials, products, and components relevant to interior and furniture projects.

·         Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

·         Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines while maintaining quality benchmarks.

·         Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.

·         Maintain purchase records, track orders, and manage inventory levels.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.

·         Monitor market trends and material availability to optimize procurement strategies.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in interiors, furniture, or construction industries.

·         Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

·         Sound knowledge of materials used in furniture/interior projects.

·         Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and procurement tools.
