APT Power Engineering Pvt Ltd is hiring a Purchase and Inventory Executive to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, stock records, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
Purchase materials, electrical items, tools, and services as per company requirements.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices.
Create purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain supplier details, purchase records, bills, and invoices.
Monitor stock levels and arrange timely reorders.
Check received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Coordinate with stores, accounts, project teams, and suppliers.
Prepare daily and monthly purchase and inventory reports.
Ensure proper stock records and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Requirements:
Experience in purchase, inventory, stores, or procurement.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory or billing software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and work responsibly.
Any graduate degree preferred.
