Assist the production team in day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Support production activities to achieve daily production targets.
Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment under supervision.
Monitor production processes and report abnormalities or issues to supervisors.
Maintain proper quality standards throughout the production process.
Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.
Assist in recording production data, material usage, and process information.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams when required.
Identify and report equipment, material, or process-related problems.
Participate in training programs and continuously develop technical skills.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
