JOB DESCRIPTION

Hero MotoCorp Limited – Neemrana Plant (World's largest two-wheeler manufacturer) is hiring ITI-qualified candidates for Fixed Term Employee (FTE) positions in manufacturing plant operations at Neemrana, Alwar, Rajasthan.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform manufacturing / assembly / shop floor operations as per SOPs

• Ensure quality checks at designated production stages

• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to plant safety norms

• Follow shift timings and report to assigned shop/line supervisor

• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Age: 18 to 26 years

• Qualification: ITI (NCVT / SCVT) – Passing Year 2021 to 2025

• Experience: 0 to 6 months only

• Candidates from unionised OEMs – NOT eligible

• Male: Technical trades only | Female: All trades eligible

• Physical (Male): Min. Height 5'5" | Min. Weight 50 kg

• Physical (Female): Min. Height 5'0" | Min. Weight 45 kg

• Candidates residing beyond 70 km from Neemrana preferred
