Position Purpose (Brief Summary of why position exists)

To carryout various Core Launch activities as detailed under the Position responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Track team attendance. Drive Kaizens & NWG projects

2. Motivate the team members & maintain team morale

3. Ensure Safe behavior within the team

4. Regularly track and Update Launch team metrics

5. Support program specific training requirements for team members

6. Ensure that right communication reaches team members on time

7. Participate in Management meetings, represent team

8. Coordinate for Management reviews (OK to Build Review / SHR / Onsite Reviews etc.)

9. Lead Alerts implementation and follow up during various build phases

10. Overall control of Build Plan and tracking Plan Vs Actual / reporting

11. Coordinate in driving AIMS resolutions / tracking / reporting

12. Lead OTG / PPAP tracking / Layout Inspection for a program

13. Coordination of launch related Zebras in plant

14. Interact with CFT members on various program related issues and escalate as appropriate
