Production Technician

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team. The role involves manufacturing, assembling, testing, and maintaining BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) machinery and related equipment while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain BMU machinery and related mechanical components.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Perform fitting, welding, drilling, grinding, and fabrication work as required.

• Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Carry out preventive maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment to minimise downtime.

• Maintain records of production activities and tool inventory.

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

• Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for product improvements and new equipment trials.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: ITI in Fitter or Welder (Preferred).

• Experience: Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.

• Candidates with knowledge or experience of BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) machinery, façade access systems, or similar equipment will be given preference.

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

• Good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and capable of handling workshop and site-related activities.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety guidelines.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
