Specialist - System Management Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Production Support Specialist with handson experience in SQL Server SSIS Production Application Support Job Scheduling Tools Autosys or equivalent and Monitoring Tools The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability performance and availability of critical business applications troubleshooting production issues monitoring system health and supporting batch processes in a 24x7 environment Primary Skills SQL Server SSIS Production Application Support L2L3 AutosysJob Scheduling Tools Monitoring ing Tools Incident Management Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting Key Responsibilities Provide L2L3 production support for businesscritical applications Monitor application health batch jobs and system performance using monitoring tools Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs Analyze SQL Server databases and execute complex SQL queries for issue resolution Monitor and support SSIS packages ETL processes and data workflows Manage and troubleshoot scheduled jobs using Autosys or equivalent scheduling tools Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures Coordinate with development infrastructure and business teams during incident resolution Handle application deployments release validations and postdeployment support Monitor logs identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements Prepare incident reports operational documentation and knowledge articles Participate in oncall support and maintenance activities as required
