Production Tech Junior PRODUCTION (SUPERVISOR) BHIWADI , India | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Production supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for critical equipment Dryers, Kilns, The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety while leading a skilled production team Qualifications s Skills : Diploma in Mechanical/ Ceramic Engineering. 0–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial plants. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferably from the refractory industry. Your role Punching daily production activities of reporting. Dryer cage loading & unloading. Operating dryer with SOP Reporting entries in production logbook Handover & takeover of product from qc dept. Accountability of product loading in kiln & dry. Operating kiln with SOP Firing cones setup for ladle shroud product Documentation & reporting Continuous improvement 5 s knowledge Compliance s Safety Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms. Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
