Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

 Execute daily production plan given by management

 Allocate workers (welders, fitters, helpers) to different jobs

 Check material availability & follow up with purchase/accounts

 Ensure work is done as per drawing / instruction

 Maintain daily production log:

o Job-wise output

o Labour used

o Major issues

 Coordinate with design engineer to clear doubts

 Support dispatch for on-time deliveries

 Maintain discipline, safety & housekeeping in shop floor
