Production Supervisor

• Supervise daily production activities and workforce on the shop floor

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met within deadlines

• Coordinate with the production planning team for raw material and manpower needs

• Monitor machinery and equipment usage and report faults

• Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S practices on the shop floor

• Record daily production reports and maintain documentation

• Assist in process improvements and suggest efficiency upgrades

• Communicate with maintenance and QA teams for timely issue resolution
