Job Description – Production Supervisor (Mono Carton Industry)
Industry: Printing & Packaging – Mono Cartons / Folding Cartons

Position: Production Supervisor
Experience: 3–5 Years in the Printing & Packaging Industry
Location: Khed shivapur road,Pune, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities in the mono carton manufacturing process.
Handle production operations including printing, UV coating, lamination, die-cutting, stripping, folding, pasting and packing.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and delivery schedules.
Allocate manpower and monitor operator and helper performance.
Ensure production is carried out according to job cards, approved samples and quality standards.
Coordinate with the PPC, Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments.
Monitor machine performance, production downtime and material wastage.
Ensure proper utilization of paperboard, inks, adhesives and other consumables.
Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports and downtime records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, housekeeping and 5S standards.
Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize rejection and wastage.
Ensure proper shift handover and discipline among production employees.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of mono carton and folding carton manufacturing processes.
Experience in handling production manpower and shop-floor activities.
Knowledge of job cards, production planning, quality control and material utilization.
Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production reports.
Educational Qualification :-
Diploma/ Degree in Printing and Packaging Industry.
