Job Description:
Production Supervisor (Electrical Engineer) Department Production Reporting To Production Manager / Operations Head Job Purpose To supervise and manage daily production operations with a focus on electrical systems, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Ensure electrical systems in production machinery are functioning optimally. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Oversee preventive maintenance and promptly address electrical breakdowns in production equipment. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring electrical issues. Team Coordination Lead and manage electrical technicians within the production area. Provide training and guidance on electrical maintenance and safety standards. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of electrical maintenance, production performance, and quality checks. Prepare regular reports on production efficiency and electrical system performance. Software Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. Continuous Improvement Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce electrical downtime.
Education & Experience
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in production supervision with an electrical focus. Skills Required Strong electrical engineering background and hands-on experience with production machinery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
