Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Production Engineer (Mechanical) to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure timely production and dispatch of materials as per requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, shop floor management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely production and dispatch of materials as per production planning.
Manage existing resources effectively to maximize productivity.
Monitor and reduce wastage, rejection, and rework in production processes.
Maintain safety standards and discipline on the shop floor.
Coordinate with quality, stores, and maintenance departments for smooth operations.
Handle manpower allocation and shift management efficiently.
Monitor machine utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain daily production reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
