Production Supervisor

We are looking for a production supervisor to join our team at Grey Shades Innovations Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

• Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.

• Allocate work to production staff and monitor their performance.

• Maintain discipline, safety and cleanliness in the production area.

• Monitor equipment and machinery for proper functioning and report any breakdowns.

• Ensure that quality standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed.

• Maintain production records and daily reports.

• Coordinate with the quality, maintenance and warehouse departments for smooth operations.

• Train and guide production workers to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
  

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge of Graphic Design, Art & Craft.

Experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of production planning and manpower management.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
