Production Supervisor

We are looking for a production supervisor to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, Implement, control and review production plan- Set daily/weekly/monthly

objectives and communicate them to Contractors & workers.

 Manpower Planning- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

 Ensuring production operations as per standard operating procedures

 Monitor quality standards of jobs timely.

 Prepare and maintain /submit production reports.

 Ensure the safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintenance.

 Coordinate with Quality, Design, Stores & maintenance team to achieve production targets.

 Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

 Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

 Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

 Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

Job Requirements:

Engineering Graduate, preferably in Production Engg.

 Work experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in fabrication of Boilers, pressure

vessels, heat exchangers, special equipment & structural fabrication.

 Knowledge of drawing reading & drafting 2D/3D.

 Knowledge of material required for equipment & structural fabrication.

 MS Office knowledge.

 Good team player.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
