Workflow Coordination: Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines and volume requirements.
Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate floor staff. Assign tasks, manage shift schedules, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
Quality Control: Verify that manufactured products meet company and industry specifications before they are shipped.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery functions properly. Schedule routine maintenance and quickly troubleshoot issues to minimize production downtime.
Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, regulatory codes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Reporting: Document production data, track metrics, and prepare daily or weekly performance reports for senior management.
