Job Description

Production Trainee / Junior Team Leader
Vacancies: 8–10
Location: Near Khatraj Chokdi, Kalol (Ahmedabad)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate shop-floor production activities
Operate and monitor production machines when required
Supervise manpower and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain production records and daily reports
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
Ensure safety, discipline, and productivity on the shop floor
Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering / ITI

Freshers are welcome, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience will be an added advantage Desired Skills: Leadership and team management potential Problem-solving mindset Good communication and coordination skills • Willingness to work on the shop floor
