1) Monthly production planning (as per formats)
2) Issue job card to production (as per formats)
3) Daily production planning and report check (as per formats)
4) Weekly review with management.(as per formats)
5) Highlight and inform top management on daily basis about the items getting delayed in production due to any bottleneck or hurdle in its making
6) Ensure all trackers are filled & updated on regular basis. No cell should be left blank.
