Production Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Handle daily production operations
Production planning & scheduling
CNC/VMC shop floor coordination
Drawing and fixture understanding
Production problem solving
Costing and process improvement
Manpower handling and dispatch coordination
Ensure quality and on-time delivery

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in CNC/VMC machining industry preferred
Knowledge of production planning, machining process, tooling & fixtures
Ability to handle shop floor independently

Experience:

3–8 years preferred

Salary:

As per experience and capability
