Position: Procurement Manager

Monthly Gross Salary: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support operations

Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts

Manage procurement documentation, purchase orders, and inventory systems

Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs

Develop cost-saving initiatives and maintain cost efficiency

Ensure adherence to all procurement policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in similar industries

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office

Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
