Job Title: Production Manager (Gurugram)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with expertise in glass and aluminium processing

to oversee production operations across our three manufacturing plants located in Gurugram,

Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.

As a Production Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing and optimizing production processes to meet quality, quantity, and timeline targets

- Ensuring efficient use of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials

- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure high-quality products

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance

- Analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement

- Developing and implementing production plans and schedules

- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

- Plant 1: Plot 6, Sec.-74, Behram Pur Road Khandsa, Gurugram, Haryana- 122004

- Plant 2: Plot No-03, Om Estate Near Sanathal Circle Near Vachraj Hotel Sanathal, Ahmedabad-

Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in production management, specifically in glass and aluminium

processing

- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel to other plant locations as required
