Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing, high quality, and timely output. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating workflows, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met with optimal efficiency.

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

• Train, guide, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and morale.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.

• Identify and resolve production issues quickly to avoid downtime.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics.

• Implement continuous improvement practices to boost productivity and reduce waste.
