Production Manager

Job description: Production Manager 

• Should have all the knowledge of all the items under production (including their dimensions, material, due date 

• Should pass the orders to the workforce without any 

• Maintain and keep a record of attendance and wages of the workforce 

• Be well with the dimensions we usually use in this industry 

• Reduction in the cost and time of production 

• Have to learn ERP software “Vyapar” 

• All the records of present & past orders must be maintained 

• Should keep a record of income & outgoing items 

• Should keep record of penny expenses including office pantry, office stationery, office wifi,

• Should order the maids to serve customers 

• Should ensure there is minimal wastage of resources 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing operations.
  
  

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business goals and customer demands.
  
  

• Monitor and manage production costs, budgets, and resources to ensure profitability.
  
  

• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  
  

• Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
  
  

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  
  

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  
  

• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow

(should maintain contacts off al the transporters).

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions to minimize 

• Maintain and keep the record of attendance and wages of the workforce 

•  downtime.
  
  

• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
  
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
  

• Proficiency in production planning, process improvement, and resource allocation.
  
  

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  
  

• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  
  

• Experience with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
