We are looking for a candidate with experience in packing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and manage 40+ packing labour

Supervise packing of fastener items such as nuts, bolts, keels, paches, washers, etc.

Ensure work is completed on a target basis within deadlines

Maintain quality and accuracy in packing

Manage manpower productivity and daily output

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in packing / warehouse operations

Ability to manage large teams (40+ workers)

Good coordination and leadership skills

Target-oriented and responsible
