Production Manager

A Production Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, quality compliance, and timely delivery of products. The role involves coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, and store departments to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Plan and schedule manufacturing operations for maximum efficiency.

• Analyze production processes and implement improvements to reduce downtime and waste.

• Coordinate with quality teams to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

• Prepare production reports and maintain manufacturing records.

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production-related issues.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures within the production area.

• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and performance.
