Product Head – Swiss Military

📍 Location:  Head Office, New Delhi     💰 CTC:  ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month     🏢 Type:  Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Head to lead and manage the entire product lifecycle for the Swiss Military brand. This is a senior leadership role requiring a blend of procurement expertise, manufacturing oversight, quality management, and sharp market insight. The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in electronic products and will be the single point of ownership for everything from sourcing to shelf.

1.  Procurement & Sourcing

•       Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and manufacturers aligned with Swiss Military's quality and cost standards

•       Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with suppliers to ensure optimal procurement outcomes

•       Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity and reliability of supply

2.  Production Oversight

•       Liaise with manufacturing partners and factories to ensure production timelines are met

•       Monitor factory capacity planning and production schedules to align with business demand

•       Resolve production bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively to avoid delays

3.  Quality Control & Assurance

•       Define and implement QC protocols at the manufacturer level to ensure products meet brand standards

•       Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) processes

•       Drive a zero-defect culture across all manufacturing and assembly touchpoints

4.  Kit Closure & Packaging

•       Own the end-to-end closure of product kits including components, accessories, manuals, and packaging

•       Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure accurate and complete kit assembly before dispatch

5.  Market Intelligence & SKU Planning

•       Study market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities

•       Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to finalise SKUs for launch based on demand signals

•       Build and manage the product portfolio roadmap ensuring a healthy pipeline of new and existing SKUs

Qualifications & Experience

•       Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)

•       4 Years of minimum experience in Electronics Products

•       7–12 years of experience in product management, sourcing, or supply chain roles

•       Prior experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle products, or FMCG categories preferred

•       Hands-on experience working with manufacturers and factories, preferably across India and overseas

•       Strong understanding of QC processes including IQC, OQC, and in-line quality checks

•       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into product decisions

•       Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities

•       Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

•       Ability to manage multiple SKUs and product lines simultaneously
