We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Product Head to lead our Mobile Accessories & Audio category. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product strategy, sourcing, development, and lifecycle management, ensuring competitive positioning, profitability, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
Develop category roadmap for mobile accessories & audio products
Identify new product opportunities and expansion areas
2. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization
Source products from domestic and international vendors
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms
Drive cost optimization while maintaining product quality
3. Product Development & Innovation
Lead product ideation, design, and development cycles
Introduce innovative and trend-driven products
Work closely with design and R&D teams
4. Product Timeline & Execution
Ensure timely product launches as per roadmap
Monitor development milestones and resolve bottlenecks
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
5. Quality & Continuous Improvement
Establish quality benchmarks and compliance standards
Monitor product performance and reduce defects/returns
Implement continuous improvement practices
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams
Align product plans with go-to-market strategies
Drive cross-functional execution excellence
7. Vendor & Supply Chain Management
Build and manage strong vendor relationships
Ensure smooth procurement and supply continuity
Evaluate vendor performance regularly
8. Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing
Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings
Identify gaps and opportunities in the market

Lead and mentor product and sourcing teams

10. Inventory & Demand Planning
Plan inventory levels based on demand forecasting
Work with sales and operations to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Optimize inventory turnover and working capital
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
5–8 years of experience in product/category management (Mobile Accessories / Audio preferred)
Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
Experience in product lifecycle management
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability
