Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage the complete production process of AttaMaker machines. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing activities to ensure timely production, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Supervise assembly, testing, and finishing of AttaMaker machines.

Ensure quality standards and minimize rejection or rework.

Manage manpower, shift planning, and productivity.

Coordinate with purchase, store, and dispatch teams.

Monitor raw material availability and production flow.

Implement safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor.

Prepare production reports and update management regularly
