Experience:
10+ years in packaging (PP box, PLS box, foldable crates) in a manufacturing plant.
Location: Dharuhera(Rewari), Haryana
Qualification:
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering.
Job Description (JD):
Lead and manage the entire packaging plant operations.
Ensure timely production and dispatch of packaging materials (PP boxes, PLS boxes, foldable crates).
Oversee production planning, manpower management, and process improvements.
Maintain product quality standards and implement quality control measures.
Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Optimize resources to achieve cost efficiency and productivity targets.
Ensure safety, compliance, and maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skills.
Prepare regular reports on plant operations for senior management.
