About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production management and manufacturing services, with a strong understanding of production processes, resource planning, team leadership, quality control, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a professional who can take ownership of manufacturing operations, identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and ensure that production activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day production and manufacturing operations.

• Plan and schedule production based on customer requirements, available resources, and delivery timelines.

• Meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

• Manage and optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.

• Supervise production teams and ensure effective allocation of work and responsibilities.

• Ensure availability of required raw materials, components, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted production.

• Monitor production efficiency, rework, and overall productivity.

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and reduce operational costs.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, production procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.

• Analyze production data and provide regular performance reports to management.

• Identify root causes of production problems and implement effective corrective actions.

• Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in production management, manufacturing operations, factory operations, or manufacturing services.
