Job Description

A Production Manager coordinates and supervises the daily operations of manufacturing or industrial facilities.
Develop and organize production schedules to ensure output targets and delivery deadlines are met.
They bridge strategy and execution by planning production schedules, managing budgets, ensuring products meet quality standards, and enforcing health and safety protocols to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Supervise, train, and motivate production personnel. Conduct staff appraisals and manage shift scheduling.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production management software
Set, implement, and monitor quality control standards to minimize defects and customer complaints.
Organize routine equipment repairs and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent production bottlenecks.
