✨ Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Weaving Production Manager to oversee daily operations of the weaving department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing manpower and machinery.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily weaving production activities

• Ensure production targets are met within deadlines

• Monitor loom performance (airjet, rapier, or waterjet looms)

• Maintain quality standards and minimize fabric defects

• Plan production schedules and coordinate with planning team

• Handle machine maintenance coordination with technical team

• Manage workforce, shifts, and operator productivity

• Implement cost control and reduce wastage

• Ensure proper usage of raw materials (yarn, beams, etc.)

• Maintain production reports and documentation

• Follow safety and compliance standards in the unit

🎓 Qualification:

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

🕒 Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible as per production needs)

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
