Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of aluminium bubble sheet/insulation manufacturing processes.

Understanding of lamination, extrusion, and insulation material quality standards.

Production planning and scheduling.

Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

Verify product specifications, including Length, Width, GSM, Thickness, Bubble Size, Lamination Quality, Adhesion Strength, and Overall Finish.

Ensure all products meet customer specifications before dispatch.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality performance reports to management.

Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Sales departments for smooth production planning and execution.
