Job Title: Operations, Inventory & Store Management Executive

Job Summary
The Operations, Inventory & Store Management Executive will be responsible for monitoring daily Auto LPG stock operations, coordinating loading and unloading activities, managing inventory and store functions, and ensuring accurate operational reporting. The role includes maintaining operational records through digital platforms such as Zoho and OneDrive, coordinating with vendors, transporters, and station teams, and supporting smooth, safe, and compliant Auto LPG operations across stations/sites.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor daily LPG stock data and coordinate loading/unloading activities-
· Coordinate LPG Bulk, Retail & Spares Eway bill & Invoices
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock & sales reports
· Handle inventory and store management activities
· Receive, inspect, and dispatch ALDS materials
· Maintain site-wise stock and material records
· Coordinate with vendors, transporters, station managers and Dealers
· Track procurement of spares, consumables, and branding materials
· Maintain operational documents through Zoho, OneDrive, and related systems
· Support station readiness, housekeeping, CCTV monitoring, and asset maintenance
· Submit unloading checklists, AMC reports, and operational templates on time
· Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all operational activities
· Support field coordination and operational follow-up activities across stations
OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE
· Monitor daily LPG stock operations and coordinate loading/unloading activities
· Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety procedures, and checklist requirements
· Maintain proper documentation for unloading AMC, stock, and sales activities
· Verify station readiness, housekeeping, CCTV functionality, and asset condition
· Coordinate with station teams, vendors, and transporters for smooth operations
· Ensure timely submission of operational reports and compliance records
· Support implementation of safety and maintenance procedures across stations
· Maintain accurate digital and physical operational records through Zoho, OneDrive, and related systems
· Assist during audits, inspections, and compliance verification activities
· Follow up on pending operational and maintenance activities to ensure closure on time
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock & sales reports
· Maintain accurate operational and inventory records
· Analyze stock movement, sales data, and unloading details
· Track stock variations and report discrepancies to management
· Prepare AMC, maintenance, and compliance-related reports
· Update operational data through Zoho, OneDrive, and reporting tools
· Maintain proper documentation for material movement and site activities
· Coordinate with station teams for timely data collection and reporting
· Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all operational reports
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
· Accuracy of daily stock and inventory records
· Timely submission of stock, sales, and operational reports
· Loading/unloading coordination efficiency
· Inventory and store management accuracy
· Material dispatch and receiving turnaround time
· Compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and checklist submissions
· Timely closure of maintenance and AMC follow-ups

Required Qualifications
· Any Degree / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Logistics / Operations preferred)
· Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Inventory, Store Management, or Logistics
· Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred

· Candidate should be willing to travel for operational and site coordination activities when required.
· Flexibility to handle emergency operational requirements and reporting activities.
· Candidate must follow company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance procedures always.
· Basic knowledge of Auto LPG operations and inventory systems will be an added advantage.
· The role may involve coordination across multiple stations/sites based on operational requirements.
· Strong follow-up, reporting accuracy, and teamwork are essential for this position.
