### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a rigid box production unit with a mix of automatic and manual processes. The role requires strong shopfloor leadership, process optimization skills, and hands-on experience in packaging/printing/fabrication environments.

Must-Have:
• Rigid box manufacturing / packaging / printing / carton industry

• Strong hands-on shopfloor experience (not purely office-based)

• Experience handling 50+ manpower

• Good understanding of:

• Die cutting

• Pasting & finishing

• Rigid box processes

Preferred:

• Experience with automatic rigid box machines

• Exposure to luxury/gift packaging industry

• Ability to handle high-volume production environments

What We Are Looking For (Important)

A hands-on leader, not just a planner

Someone who can be on the shopfloor and drive output daily

Ability to manage both machines and workers efficiently
