ЁЯФС KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Production Line Management
Monitor extrusion parameters and ensure smooth production operations.
Manage operators and allocate work across assigned production lines.
Ensure timely raw material feeding for uninterrupted production.
Check hourly production quantities and maintain production records.
Maintain line cleanliness and workplace organization as per 5S standards.
2. Quality Control & Coordination
Coordinate with the QC Team for regular product inspections.
Monitor pipe dimensions and ensure compliance with specified requirements.
Report production and quality issues immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
Support corrective actions to minimize production defects and interruptions.
3. Technical Monitoring
Monitor and control extrusion temperature.
Monitor die pressure and report abnormal variations.
Support line speed optimization for efficient production.
Monitor pipe dimensions and maintain process consistency.
4. TPM & Maintenance Coordination
Perform TPM activities assigned by the Maintenance Department.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to support smooth production.
Report machine abnormalities and technical issues promptly.
5. Safety & Workplace Management
Maintain cleanliness and discipline across assigned production lines.
Ensure operators follow established production procedures.
Support safe and efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations.
6. Reporting & Additional Duties
Report production performance and operational issues to the Shift Supervisor.
Maintain hourly production updates.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
тЬЕ REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of extrusion manufacturing processes.
Understanding of temperature control, die pressure, line speed, and pipe dimensions.
Ability to manage operators and multiple production lines.
Knowledge of 5S and TPM activities.
Strong observation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor production targets and report issues promptly.
